Assembly
According to the Statute of the CAB, its highest body is Assembly where the representatives are appointed for the mandate of four years by member organizations, local associations of the blind. It is done by appointing one representative for each 500 blind persons, members of local association. Considering current numbers of local association members the Assembly has 31 representatives.
